General Information
Throughout a two-year membership, events and programming will be provided to promote networking, friendships, and emphasize the importance of education, social skills and service.
Eligibility & Interest Form
To be eligible, a prospective debutante must:
- Be a female with a connection to Harlingen or attend HCISD schools.
- Be classified as a high school junior in the fall.
- Exhibit high moral and ethical standards.
- Have not been presented in another debutante ball.
- Pay dues of $750 (in two installments), which includes events and programming over the 2 year membership. Dues are non-refundable. The first installment of $375 is due upon invitation acceptance and the second installment of $375 is due before the first event.
